If so, I could see allure to prospective FO candidates. Either things improve regarding upgrades down the line or move over to a major. Both good options that would be more attractive than languishing at a regional.
I would not view Netjets as a stepping stone to the majors if you don't already have sufficient 121 experience from the regionals. Upgrade times will be long. Also, most of the people I know who are FOs at Netjets are looking to leave for the airlines and all have prior 121 experience. The grass was not greener for them at Netjets despite some of the cool flying and home basing.
Expect min rest layovers in most cases - and if you fly the Phenom, make sure you are not claustrophobic... It's a bit tight up front!!!
