Better retirement, adequate medical, less work while at work, more pay. Sure the one downside, no more 10 hr layovers in Aspen.

With 15-17 days off a month, and the ability to cherry pick days off for extra curricular activities.

NJA is one of the better jobs out there, but take the blinders off man. Your obvious kool aid mentality reeks of someone who just wants everyone to believe you are so much smarter than everyone else. NJA had their 2 yr run at the top. Its over.
