Your statements, though in complete alignment with Atlas management, do not hold up in the current pilot labor market. As others have pointed out, do vendors reduce their rates just because Atlas, or any company has a different business model? No, the rate is the rate. Airlines are in need of pilots and are setting the market price for a pilot. If Atlas needs a 767 pilot, they can pay market rate or risk that pilot choosing another company.
