Excellent post! I've flown with a few guys that claimed picketing was a waste of time. It's incredibly important for the reasons you just listed.

Speaking of unity... how about we actually start wearing those orange lanyards? So many pilots are still wearing the Frontier, FAPA and Broncos lanyards. Perhaps reps, P2P volunteers, or even line pilots could be sent extras to hand out to those that have "just been too busy".
