I use MyFlightbook.com too since I started and so far it's being great, keeps track of your currency and is very detailed, recently interviewed with a regional and brought just my electronic Log book, my paper logbook was stolen from my car along with headsets and go pro camera, all in my flight bag. They accepted it no questions asked.
One thing I do is that I scanned every Endorsement, document and what not for my peace of mind, I do that with everything, I keep Electronic copies of almost every document I have so I was lucky enough to have my endorsements and records digitalized, printed them out and put hem with my log book (printed) and they seem to like it, (I got the job) Don't know how it will perform in 121 but as soon as I start I will post and Update unless somebody here already tried and is willing to share his experience. I'm going to take a look at MCC since lots of people here seem to like it.
