It's the management. I'm sure they have a great pilot group, but from the top down the approach is to save a penny over spending two that could save a dollar.

So pilots trying to gain experience they need for a legacy go with hopes of quick advancement​, only to realize why the turnover is so high.

It's similar to low tier convenience store vs working at a Costco​. Both will pay you but Costco offers 401k, dental etc.
