Anyone who would publicly say " why pay profit sharing when my employees have little to do with making a profit", whether they believe that to be true or not, is not a leader.
Not to mention somebody who would ask for pay cuts from some of his lowest paid employees in times of record profits while threatening their job security is a parasite on this earth.
