I printed my mcc pilot logbook a few months ago. I used the Jepp template and took the pdf to fedex with my real jepp logbook and said I wanted it to be on the same size paper and the same color. The guy measured the paper and printed the pdf out on the paper and it looks just like the real thing. Next time I will pay for a nicer cover for a mainline interview but will not change anything else. MCC prints very well even when the preview looks a little off. Margins were great and you can tweak them to what you want if it's not what you want.
