If you want to tell me that the upgrade time will drop from 10 years to 8 years if and when they upgrade the last "U" employee, I might buy that, but that is not what you are saying. How many more guys are there that still have to upgrade before that happens? How many upgrades have occurred the last 6 months? Help people make an informed decision about working for XJT.
