I ended up splurging and getting a logbook cover from Customers, thanks for your business! New binders to be shipped in early April! - Logbook Solutions-Home. I don't think I would recommend getting the paper from them as it is pretty pricey. I have a nice laser printer at home and a two hole punch so good heavy weight paper from Staples and punching the holes myself worked just fine. End product is a very nice professional log book. I use LTP and it formats just fine.
