Yo I hate to break it to you but NHs today will not see a 5.5 flow unless the flow rate changes and company stops metering the flow. I think it is very likely some/many pilots will see a 5ish flow but that ship has sailed and its likely the guys hired between Apr16-Nov16. What will it be for a NH today?? Haven't ran the numbers yet but I would expect around 6.5-7.5.
Upgrades on the other hand?? Dropping like a rock and still falling. It will likely stay low for NHs. We are hiring too many for it not to drop and stay low.
