Still amazes me to see some pilots doing things with their Company Issued Ipads that are questionable.
Will it ever become an issue? Probably not.
It will only be an issue if/when you have an incident/accident and the company and NTSB take your Company Issued Ipad to look at it.

As far as a company email, again.. it has its purpose and usefulness.
For those small percentage of pilots that don't want to use it.. enjoy~

As far as United IT is concerned.. yes, there is a continuing problem. Who really knows how deep the problem is? I expect any big company is going to have IT issues. Hell, Apple has issues! lol
But some of these issues should have been resolved by now.
Anyone else find it 'interesting' that the first month where they change the line range value on PBS, we have a meltdown? hhmmm.

Motch
Agree. It would be pretty poor judgment for someone to be using the company iPad inappropriately. I imagine someone out there has emailed a friend, while flying a flight, saying they're calling in sick to go play golf or something similar. I've heard of guys getting called in for a red carpet dance for visiting some over 18 sites on the company iPad.
