FYI the NC met as scheduled with the company this week. Bendos absence on Monday and Tuesday morning was known ahead of time. He should be there everyday as the decision maker. However, it's not as if he didn't show up. It was preplanned and "someone" was there.
Sounds like its ok to not show up to work and send in your place someone who can't actually do the job. Hmmm, possibilities there. How much advance notice is required to utilize this company policy?
