Little do you know this isn't my first airline job. No I will not spend my life at endeavor nice assumption though. Just stating the fact that is true for many of our pilots. Many of us are senior enough to hold CA but choose not to because our company's reserve rules. I'm in my 20's and cherish my life at home. I'm a pilot just like everyone else and my plan isn't to stay here. "Just like every other regional pilots planed years ago" unfortunately 9/11 ages 65 and 2008 slowed some things down. Take your assumptions and leave them towards the flight attendants. Sick of hearing the pilot to pilot bashing. We all need to be paid more than what we are at the regional level and deserve more time home.
