Why would anyone talk about year 1-3 captain pay rates. There are none and will never be again. You just illustrated why NetJets has become a crap place to work for new hires. The captain group is so out of touch with the disparity of what the left seat is paid vs the right. I will make more year 2 at my ULCC than I was going to make at NetJets year 10.

Because comparing apples to apples doesn't make sense when you're going to lose the arguement. Which is why he thinks everyone does transcon commutes and only does redeye flights lol.
