There also a contingent at Cal that had a bunch OT occupational Time converted into sick bank hours. I don't fully understand how that time was designed to be used but some guys suddenly found themselves with an extra 2-300 hrs of additional sick time. Those guys probably won't want to go to a revolving DAL system either.

If someone could clarify that further for me please chime in.
