I don't fully understand how that time was designed to be used but some guys suddenly found themselves with an extra 2-300 hrs of additional sick time. Those guys probably won't want to go to a revolving DAL system either.

It maxed out at 300 and was only used in the case of an OJI. When it was converted to sick time it was either 1 for 2, or 1 for 3- I can't remember. So a guy who had 300 hours of OJI bank got either 100 or 150 hours added to his regular sick bank.
