Not everybody at Frontier came out of a commuter before they got here. There's quite a few guys here furloughed from carriers previously that were/are actually larger than Frontier.
Multiple furloughs from separate carriers for me. You guys want to make fun of my misfortunes that's fine, that's my reality.
I understand where Harvey and several others are coming from during our negotiations. The process wears people's patients thin.
Been through it a few times before so I'm going to follow the instructions from our union and do my best to remain patient.
We're on the same team working toward a similar goal, a new CBA.
That involves a specific process our union has asked us to follow.
At least to my knowledge that doesn't include any job actions yet.
When it's time for that they'll let us know. There's squares that need to be filled first.
In the meantime self directed job actions jeopardize our position with the mediator. That's a fact.
It's going to take work but our new CBA is on the horizon.
