You may have luck picking up a contract job. You can stay flying in a Europe for two years without finishing your EASA conversion, but you will have to finish all 14 ATPL exams. You can take the exams with any EASA member country. The British CAA offers exams outside the U.K., I did mine in Orlando; perhaps they offer exams where you are. Contact the licensing office of your choice and they will put you on the correct path. Likely distance learning followed by exams, medical certification, flight training / type checkride. Good luck.
