Ha ha, questions that ONLY UAL can answer with their vague/gray/one way language that is the CPP
The CPP was opened up to DFW ERJ crews, there was no discrimination. Not like it matters since there will not be any more DFW.
The CRJ side wasn't eligible for the CPP.
And unless you're above a certain seniority in the CURRENT ERJ seniority list, don't expect it to work out. Assuming you get through the abysmal "acceptance" rate.
I'm still in touch with a lot of friends there. The CPP is a bit of a joke.
But hey, it helped keep the sick call rate down last summer....
