What does AWAC have going besides being saved from closing its doors by getting a contract flying United feed?
Great health insurance, duty/trip rigs, trip touching (turn your 7 day primary into 21 days off), up to 8% 401k match, training dept that actually knows the aircraft, stable 50 year history. Off the top of my head.
My buddy is regretting jumping ship for there, as are others who went to Endeavor, etc.
