Depends...if he is someone about to apply to AirWis who doesn't know anyone there to work with on the referral, then why not ask in the forum so that money is not left on the table? Splitting it can be debated.

If he is someone that is already hired at AirWis and he is looking for folks who are about to apply so he can hook himself up...then yeah, pretty shady.
