The XJT CPP initially was low, probably for the same reasons the SSP was. Unlike the SSP, it's NOT a guaranteed interview. Just a guaranteed HPI.
But as of a few months ago, it was a tad over 50%. And from what I hear, they're around 50% of the list on HPI send outs.
They don't "accept" A LOT of good people.
