They use the rsv capts a ton. You will never be at 75hrs.
So to me not comparable at all.
Doesn't mean you can plan for that. The originally poster asking about this was comparing pay of a good QOL FO and that of a reservist.
I don't know anyone who would plan their finances by assuming they will credit 100 hours on RSV.
