Even a few regional don't average. I don't know if that's still the case. But it was a huge credit booster for me having a 4hr calendar min day unaveraged. What we should be asking for is a 5.5 hour min day unaveraged. But I doubt that'll happen.

I just can't stand busting my nuts day 1, then sitting around and flying 1 leg from BWI to BOS and somehow that averaging out my hard work the day prior. Something about it definitely bugs me. But you already knew that.
