At WAI Rocky said they don't want to exclude potential applicants from the in-house job fair who don't meet minimums but are very close. That makes perfect sense. But asking people to send an e-mail and resume if they're interested and then sending invites out based on an assessment of that pool of people would allow the company to make that determination on a case by case basis.
I'd love to know, out of the 400 who attend, how many are truly competitive AND available within a reasonable amount of time.
