Agreed. And none the less. The FO scale is not going to sell a TA. They need work improvements for everyone. Whoever the management troll is, they fail to recognize this place is falling apart and will only get worse. Our MEC did them a favor by moving forward with mediation. Whatever they offered would've forced great amounts of attrition because every pilot I know hates this company. They like people, but nobody likes management. No question here.
