I was thinking about this also - I plan to get a letter - like you did , if I have to see a medical professional . Then after I reach a 100 hrs - if I do , I will submit the letter for the sick event . It might not be the sick call that put me over the 100 but its in there somewhere.
so - get the letter and save it , if you're called , use it.
