Your rep...sure. The FAA...why? You followed their reg. What's the problem? If somebody at the company
orders you to fly sick, your call to the FAA might have some merit. Methinks nobody will do that.

Agree. In the case of not verifying a sick call when required by the PWA, you just won't get paid. But you were safe, and that's more important, which I agree with 100%.
Remember,
you don't have to verify ANY sick calls! You just won't get paid for the missed flying.
