Yes that is the rough average. I don't think a higher efficiency average is very practical.
You can follow the average credit per day trend in the monthly RSR report.
Outstations will typically have a slightly higher credit per day but unfortunately they could also have the same TAFB on a 3 day as a hub has on a 4 day.
