Guess what? If marketing does not have plan for October by August we've found the problem.
Other airlines have their PBS awards before we even see the bid package. That's the real problem and a faster mainframe to run the PBS optimization is only a bonus and not the actual solution.
I'm the furthest thing from being an apologist for PBS. I'm just pointing out that it's three days better than it used to be, and that's a start
