CaptYoda, one thing I'd consider is time to upgrade. With prior 121 time and time in aircraft. You could be short listed to not just capt, but possibly training dept/soe area. Movement is so fast up there that you could be making serious cash not far removed from training. That's something you wouldn't have at other regionals.

Yes looking at that angle. ENDV is appealing because of their new base (ATL) and I would be about 2 hrs from the airport. I also flew the CRJ-200 17 years ago until 9/11. Upgrade is probably less than 2 years. PDT would be the quickest upgrade probably but would involve a commute. I will apply to them both and decide if/when there is an offer to consider.
