My current regional has a great training program, maybe best to stay put? Just looking for pros and cons and wondering if the AA WO's have grown too fast and training departments haven't kept up?
PSA's training is great and they won't take new airplanes until they can staff them - so I would say no, growing too fast does not apply here. You do need to be a self starter, apply yourself and take responsibility for your progress. Do that and you'll be fine.
No matter what airline you go to their will always be disconnects/discontinuities between ground and sims and from instructor to instructor and then from IOE capn to IOE capn, roll with the punches, say 'yes sir/maam' and check off those boxes.
