Industry standard for our peer group, for the entire pay package, will be different/lower/higher in some sections versus others within our peer group. You can not cherry pick the top pay for each contract.
Why do you come out so hard? You strike me as a very insecure in your position when you come out like that.
The 5 year United captain pay is hardly cherry picked.
It will be next to impossible to get industry standard when your starting negotiation position is industry standard. Plain and simple.
