No, they will not slow down deliveries. They will just continue to have other partners cover our flying until it's figured out. In ALB last week they had 4 jets parked around the airport just waiting to be checked and signed off. They took a back seat to some dashes that were down for some major maintenance. Only 4 mechanics working on a Thursday.
On another note, spoke with someone in from CLE that said first -300 parks next month, with all dashes offline by end of May 2018.
