DTW and MSP are low cost areas. These bases have lower-cost areas within a reasonable drive: SLC, DEN, COS, PHX, TUS. PSP and FAT too, but low cost in CA is a relative term.
Can you name any specific areas/neighborhoods within 'a reasonable drive' in SLC or TUS (I'm assuming it's cheaper than PHX) a person should consider?
