It says slots will be awarded on a first come first serve basis, so in theory someone with just the bare minimums could get invited if they signed up early enough, or will they actually look at everyones app and only invite people that are competetive. It will be interesting to see what they will do....
My money's on the latter: I think they're going to invite folks they're legitimately interested in seeing. Otherwise why else would they have assigned you that number?
