I am not sure if anyone has gotten a phone interview lately. I think the video interview has largely replaced the phone interview. If you get one, it is just a few questions, such as why Allegiant? Any accidents, incidents, violations? Summarize your resume. Explain any gaps in your resume. Etc.

You're backwards.... everyone gets a phone interview. Only selected people get the video interview first. Generally lower time on the cusp people get both, but not always.
