For guys looking to escape the regionals and tread water, its a great place to work, but for those looking for a destination airline, better options exist.
Pay, benefits/retirement, and work/reserve rules dont lie.
They should talk to as many people as possible. I still firmly believe that once we get a CBA this will be a very good place to be. It isn't bad now, and will be great once the CBA is here. We will find out in 20 years what the right move was.
