Believe me... still not sure how I cracked the code and got to where I am. BUT...everyone is in hiring mode so those that wanna leave cargo for pax (ugh) can do so for A MUCH better quality of life or just wait for "the call" from Brown or Purple. Delta is still supposed to lose over 800 in 2020 from mandatory retirements...You'll get called by a great company.
With the 1500 hour deal it's not a biggie I don't think. Yes they'll be flying the big airplanes with fewer hours but at least they'll be pilots. How are the PFE upgrades treating you guys? I'd rather have someone who knows what the hell they're doing than worry about hours anyway. Plus they'll get their time then move on to one of the big boys.
Which brings us full circle. Folks aren't gonna be tripping over themselves to fly for Amazon just cuz it's Amazon. They'll go to any of the legacies or Purple or Brown or SWA or...
