IIRC, ABX and DHL had similar issues, with ABX "telling" DHL how things should run and DHL reminding ABX that they were now in control and wanting things done the DHL way, for better or (often) worse.

That is the doing of ATSG mgt. ABX did give them the fuel to do that but I personally believe it is a negotiating tactic. Time will tell on that one.
