Here's my question...if you're an FO on the Q, why can't you upgrade to the SF340 in 9 months when you're seniority can hold it? Or am I missing something here...
Well Colgan used to be merit based upgrade, so people used to upgrade out of seniority order, again this is how it
USED TO BE I think it has since changed, and from a company stand point why would they do that, now they have to train somebody on the Q to replace the guy that left to go to the SAAB
