From what I am reading in the Letter of Agreement the whole program COULD terminates Dec 31 2018. The company could terminate if they decided.
The FlexPay program includes the higher pay scale and the retention bonuses paid out 2500 quarterly. It is the bonus NHs will be getting after one year of service. If the company terminates the program I'm not sure if it stops all retention bonuses or if it grand fathers in ALL pilots hired before Dec 31 2018.
