That's a good one. The disconnect between the people in the bubble at Miramar and the front line employees couldn't be bigger.
To your point: there is a huge disconnect between corporate and everyone else. When I was in Capt Charm School we took a visit there. The we're having a party. There was a band, everyone was smiling and happy. We were all like "where are we!?!". They even had free alcoholic beverages.
