I'm guessing that would be ironed out in negotiations, but that could buy the company some buffer time to adjust to new staffing requirements as we live under the old rules.
Adopting a peer allocation and distribution system for vacation would require and additional 500 - 600 additional pilots.
This is why the company loves PTOSB.
