For what it's worth, I don't think any of those are show stoppers, especially with the perceived imminent pilot shortage. There are plenty of folks out there who have gotten hired with speeding tickets (I had several), mishaps (of all classes), and even arrests on their records. Be honest, contrite, and humble about it but show how you've learned and grown from all that... that's all in interview prep. As long as you can show you've "grown up," kept your nose clean and have had performed well throughout your career, you'll be a strong candidate.
