The full announcement:

"Team Frontier:

I am sure that many of you who work in or have visited our Headquarters over the past year have noticed that it seems tired and is space constrained. As we plan for Frontier’s growth, our conclusion has been that a change is needed either in the existing facility or through moving to an alternative building. With our Board, we concluded that our current facility does not fit the ambitious growth plans of the airline as we take delivery of 78 new Airbus aircraft over the next five years. We’ve looked at several options, including a reconfiguration of our current facility and investing in a purpose-built headquarters, but in the end, we settled on an opportunity to buy a nearby building.

The great news is that on very good terms, we agreed to purchase 4545 Airport Way in Denver. It is the most cost efficient solution for Frontier. The building is located in the Gateway Park development approximately five miles south on Pena from our current headquarters.

There is a significant amount of work to be done to ensure a smooth transition to the new facility, and we are working through the design stage to ensure the set-up of the building meets our future needs. We hope to occupy the building by the end of the year. We will share more details as they develop.

We are investing heavily in the long term future of Frontier with 18 new aircraft, about 200 pilots, about 800 flight attendants and about 50 support staff for the business this year. Our new building will be an exciting next stage in the evolution of Frontier into one of the most competitive airlines in the United States."
