I'm a little late to the party here, but since Payne mentioned me in the post that sparked this line of discussion..

Speaking for myself, my posts aren't propaganda. I came here thinking this airline was something completely different than it is. I was guzzling the juice down in Orlando. Then I hit the line. It didn't take long to see the culture is fake, the company uses it to pit workgroups against each other, the work rules and hotels are FAR worse than my regional, and the company does something new on a monthly basis to knock down the pilot group (we've listed this aggressions ad nauseam on this board).

I add my perspective here to give realistic insight to prospective applicants. I won't malign you or suggest you're posting propaganda. I feel you're posting in good faith, but your perspective is shaped by being in the OSC bubble (just as I was for six weeks) and it isn't particularly helpful for guys looking to find out what they're actually getting themselves into. Since you're a company guy I'd think you'd appreciate that since it might prevent some first year attrition when guys come and figure out what this place is actually like?
