Every time I've spoken with either of those groups, I come away with a better idea of how negotiations are progressing and their expectations for how they need to continue. Typically, I come away from those interactions feeling better about the state of our negotiations.

While we're past the point where I had originally hoped to see a TA, I trust the MEC and NC, and would prefer to take some extra time to ensure this contract is done right, rather than fast.

I agree with you, by the end of this year, we will either have or be very close to a TA or have a real fight on our hands.
