That said, they also told me they understand the industry and will make sure you're able to provide at least a two weeks notice. Now, have people been able to say "No, I'll take the earliest..." I don't know, you could try when offered.

As an update...a couple people from the 2/15 interview session were told they made it out of phase 2 and then into the pool today.
